ZEN POWER


This low impact, 45 minute bootcamp/HIIT style class uses resistance bands and weights to create constant strength building tension throughout each movement stimulating long and lean muscle growth in all the right places.

VINYASA FLOW

Combines dynamic asana sequencing, balancing poses, abdominal core work with traditional breath work + upbeat music that will have you feeling energized, blissed and powerful.  All levels welcome, options for advanced poses may be offered, but never required. Each student is encouraged to tailor the class to their individual needs.

BUTI YOGA®

 BUTI is a fusion of primal movement, tribal dance and plyometrics blended into a calorie scorching yoga practice. Bizzie Gold's Spiral Structure Technique sculpts + tones deep abdominal muscles which strengthen and tone the body. This practice is transformational from the inside out- you're able to dive into the Divine Feminine + Sacred Masculine energy by tapping into the cure within! Men + Women + All levels welcome.

BUTI® FLOW

Buti Yoga flow is a slower version of a typical Buti class. You'll still tap into the primal movement and deep core activation that your body was created to do, but without the intensity of plyometrics. This is an all levels class and also perfect for beginners and those who want to refine their Buti Yoga practice.

REVITALIZE + ENERGIZE

This 45 minute class is focused on the stability, stretching, and strengthening of the ligaments of your body thru focused poses in order to create a deeper energetic understanding of the channels inside our mind and bodies.With a deep Yin focus, you're able to find a balance to the yang/fast moving days with a calming breath & energy centric practice that will set you up for your day.We recommend this class as a prep for a more intense, strength training yoga class, like Asana Sculpt or ZenSoul Move!

ASANA SCULPT


Where Grace Meets StrengthAsana Sculpt will take your practice to another level.By implementing light to moderate weights to this modern style Vinyasa class, your body is able to focus on strengthening + lengthening muscles while building gainz in all the right places!

On Friday's we party! Each Friday you get a chance to experience the different SOULS of Zen Soul Studio. This is an opportunity to experience a different instructor and not only get a feel for their unique styles of teaching Buti, Vinyasa, HotCore, Deep and other forms of yoga, but also allow yourself to expand your practice, strengthen your mind+body and try something new!All ages and levels welcome!*bring a mat + water.*music may contain explicit lyrics.

PRIMAL FLOW


Within all of us is a primal self—a beautiful animal body that is waiting to be unleashed.Release energetic blockages in a profoundly deep way through this yoga practice that balances the energy of the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine.Primal Flow, inspired by tribal movements, traditional Vinyasa and modern Buti Yoga, will have you moving with your breath to the inner rhythm of your own body, and most of all, create a space for you to LET GO and FEEL.Dive deep into the subtle energy of your body with breath, movement and music. Connect with the tribe around you as you breathe together, dance together, and release together. The Asana is only the beginning—the primal and tribal movement will carry you into deep meditative relaxation and inner bliss!

HOTCORE®


Hotcore® s a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most Hotcore® classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. Hotcore® classes can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms alike. Temperatures can range from 80-95.
