Ann Townsend-Zhu is RYT 200 and has been practicing yoga since 2010. To Ann, yoga is about leaving the outside world at the door and connecting to your breath, body, and soul. In Ann's classes, students will learn about correct body alignment while flowing through creative asana. In yoga, as in life, Ann is a huge proponent of taking what serves you and leaving the rest behind.
