I took my first yoga class in 2009 and, like many people, practiced on and off whenever it seemed convenient. This was until 2015, the year I discovered Buti. It was only after this discovery that I found the inspiration to become committed to consistent, passionate practice. Encouraged by this passion, I entered yoga teacher training and never looked back. When I’m not shaking my asana you can find me teaching high school art classes, relaxing at home with my husband and dogs, or out searching for a good wine bar with my friends.

Kelsey has completed two Buti certifications and teaches with love + passion. “I took one Buti class and cried happy tears on my mat during savasana. It felt like home. It took me back to growing up inside of a dance studio surrounded by my favorite things: raw energy + movement + good music + creativity + girl power. I felt rooted I love this practice so much because it constantly allows me to connect and grow in an environment where we show up for each other, and show up for ourselves.

BUTI yoga master trainer who travels all over the country teaching butisattvas to become instructors and grow their tribe. “When I’m not traveling or working I’m an at home Mama to rad little 7 year old Liv. Food and music are my love language so if we aren’t dancing, I’m cooking and we’re eating! Self love and a strong self care game are vital. When you love yourself, truly love yourself, you create the space for others to do the same. No judgement. No comparison. Just mad love.
• DRE DYGERT •
Dre happened upon yoga at her gym by accident. She was surprised how mentally and physically challenging the class was, and loved how her mind and body felt afterwards. She began practicing yoga regularly, and after noticing major shifts in herself and her life, she took her first 200 hour yoga teacher training. She then followed up with 600 additional hours, including a Buti Yoga 200 hour teacher training. Dre thinks that a good teacher is also always a student, and makes it a top priority to continuously learn by taking additional trainings and getting outside her comfort zone. Dre employs upbeat music, creative sequencing and humor in her classes, and believes a yoga class can be fun, light-hearted, empowering, inspiring, relaxing and life changing all at the same time.
