Join us Saturday 5.19.18 starting at 12p for a 2 hour Buti Basics + Yoga Breakdown
Advanced Buti Yoga Master Trainee’s + RYT 200h instructor’s, Stephanie Bard + Lindsay Hope, will be leading you through a 2 hour intensive breakdown of yoga asanas (poses) and the foundations of Buti Yoga. Foundations include static shake+spiral technique+more- we will be covering various poses such as Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana 2), Triangle pose (Trikonasana), Chair pose (Utkatasana), Fire Breath and more!
In this small group setting, you will receive individualized attention and the tools you will need to refine your practice+deepen your knowledge+strengthen your mind/body. After this workshop you will no longer wonder if your alignment is right or wrong! Fixing alignment and having better knowledge of your body placement will also help with preventing and alleviating any pain/injuries!

There will not be a warm-up this time so we can cover more during the workshop. Sign up for class at 10:45a to get your Saturday Buti sweat sesh + warm-up beforehand.
